It's in beautiful shape both inside and out, runs very strong, has nice wheels and a leveling kit, loaded up interior, and it's tow ready. The truck isn't a rattly 6.0, has definitely had most of the updates with this mileage. It hasn't been smoked in, everything works, truck has clearly been babied, and it's priced inexpensively for what it is. This is simply a good rig for the money and it should be good for many years to come. exterior The paint and body on this guy are in excellent shape for the mileage. It has nice gloss, no rust, hail, body damage, or noticeable flaws at all. It's not brand new, but it's darn nice and has clearly been babied. The wheels look fairly new and tires have good remaining tread all the way around. The truck has a few cosmetic modifications, push bar, custom grille, tinted windows, tonneau cover, and about a 2" leveling kit. There's a few little chips in the pin stripes, some normal road wear on the lower rockers, and a couple other very smalls superficial blemishes. The photos document it well, really a nice looking pickup! interior The interior is great too. It doesn't smell like smoke at all. The upholstery is nice, only a little in/out wear on the front bolsters. It probably has mostly freeway mileage. The truck is loaded up, power everything, heated seats, nice aftermarket stereo, and it all appears to be in good working order except the sirius module which is not connected up and the digital overhead consul which always seems to fail on these. The air blows cold, dash, doors, headliner, carpet, all in very nice shape. We have floor mats for it. mechanical We've had plenty of 6.0s over the years with mixed results. I prefer to buy them with higher mileage so they've had a chance to go through the updates. They had a few little design flaws and were susceptible to issues if not serviced regularly. For that reason again, I like to buy nice looking 6.0 trucks, because when people keep their trucks shiny and clean, they also change the oil regularly. This truck fires up easily, no glow plugs or injector issues. It doesn't sputter and rattle or emit significant smoke at cold idle. It's a 6.0 and a hair slow off the bat when real cold, but not sputtery. On warm, it runs super strong and may have a mild tune. I don't believe it has any EGR cooler or oil cooler issues, I'm sure they've been done at least once by now. The exhaust is straight piped and sounds like a jet engine, really mean. We can re-route the end to the rear of the truck as opposed to the side, shown in the photos. The truck drives straight, shifts smooth, front end isn't worn out, has the manual Warn hub conversion which were far superior to Fords design. The brake pad life is good, not puking any fluids, and it's easy to drive. The truck is tow ready. It's been babied and should be good for years to come.
