Vehicle Detail
Suzuki 2007 GSXR 750 Modifications to the race bike. Make Cantfield formally of the M4 AMA race team and crew Chief when Martin Cardenas won the 600 AMA championship was responsible for the build on this great bike. Engine was sent to Mike Earnhardt- respected engine builder for AMA race teams for top end enhancements. Motor is very strong, last Dyno run it pulled 148 HP. Clutch plates and clutch pack only have two track weekends on them. The bike has a speed shifter (race shift, I have a spare for street shift as well) Engine management is via the Yoshimura and a complete Yosh exhaust system. - Bike works flawlessly, tons of power. Engine and bike is equipped for Track and AFM racing, with Woodcraft covers, and all required bolts are safety wired. Chain and sprockets are 520 series and in great conditions. Current gearing is set up for T-hill in CA. Suspensions. Rear is an Ohlin’s TTX Front is an Ohlin’s 30mm kits in stock fork tubes. Ohlin’s kit was installed last year by Mike Cantfield- they replaced the superbike Ohlin’s I had raced on for 3 years. Man do these 300mm Ohlin’s work great, ways easier to tune then the superbike forks. Also the front has the adjustable Ohlin steering stabilizer. Brakes- nothing but the best, Brembo master Cylinder, and Brembo calipers, with Brembo SS 330 mm rotors, split brakes lines, this bikes stop really really good. Front brake pads are Ferado Wheels- again light weight aluminum Marchichinis. Not only are they light weight but they look great. Body panels are by Shark Skins with a patriotic American flag paint job. Dan Kyle at Kyle racing makes the best roller bearing throttle tubes; nothing else comes close to consistent response you get from this throttle. After market dash mounting bracket for dash board. Rear sets are fully adjustable and are made by Soto Racing- top quality equipment. The bike has only had one low side at T-hill turn 4 left hand turn. Only cosmetic damage- hit some fluid on track, only time ever this bike has seen pavement on its side. The bike geometry weight distribution and complete set up is a professional assembly using only the best parts, and executed masterfully by Mike Cantfield. It’s really hard to sell this bike as it’s been a rock steady race bike, never had one issues with it. But I’m headed to the pro ranks which don’t race a 750 bike, and the trailer is full of other things, so letting it sit in the garage to collecting dust seems plain wrong. I hope whoever buys this great bike get all the enjoyment id did, as I believe this bike does have a soul. Have all receipts for all improvements, totals over $30 K
