There was no water in the fuse box, seats, or engine, and the oil is clean. WATER LEVEL WAS UP TO THE FLOOR BOARDS!!! THIS CAR HAS NEVER BEEN STARTED BY US, therefore, we cannot tell whether it will start or not. I tried connecting the battery, and the alarm system kicks in, with headlights blinking and horn going off. I am not a flood repair expert, and dont know what to do to get this fixed.
