Vehicle Detail

Click for a Video Of The Car I am in a situation where I have to let go of my baby. I treated and maintained this car like I was going to keep it forever. Just in the last 4 years, invested 16K into it. However, with the current situation, I have to let go and use the money left to pay bills. Recent maintenance and new parts: -Engine & Transmission:Tune UpSpark plugs & cablesGas Pumps (2)Distributor Caps ($350)Throttle bodies (2, $750 each)MAFs (2, $250 each)O2 Sensors (all)Transmission Flush at 85KWater pump ($650)Serpentine belt -Suspension & Wheels:New Tires ($1,200)Control Arms ($750)BushingsLubricationBrakes: Discs, pads, sensors ($1,350) -Exhaust:REMUS Exhaust System ($2,350)Cats & Sensor ($525) -InteriorLeather seats have been restored ($450)Sunroof serviced & lubricated, works perfectly ($700)Minor scratches repaired ($285) Maintenance has been done by a BMW specialist named La Jolla Independent in La Jolla, CA. Great mechanical upkeep. This vehicle is priced to sell, and it's for someone that really likes this model, knows about the car or is willing to work on it. Full disclosure on this listing, no hidden anything. Here is realistically what you will need to do with the car:1) Car is a salvage, was hit at 35k. Then fixed and has no issues regarding that accident. Car now has 108K.2) Past owner installed a custom alarm on the car. Which is acting up right now and goes off upon trying to start the car. Needs to get fixed. This also drains the battery at night. Once fixed you are good to go.3) Small leak from transmission oil pan. Got the transmission serviced at 88K, as described in the manual. Then when closed, now has a small leak. You can fix, or leave as is and just put more oil in every few months.4) Paint is not new, for that reason it is not in prefect shape. Clear coat is going. You can do a wrap with the car, paint it or simply leave as is. Since it's yellow, it is not noticeable until you get really close to it. This is all you need to do to the car to get it going good. As with any vehicle sold privately, car is being sold as is.
