2000 BMW 540i On offer is this superb three-California owner from new, 2000 BMW 540i, in the super-stylish colour combination of Metallic Blue with Sand Beige full leather interior. The car shows exceptionally well, having covered only 74,000 miles from new. The previous owner purchased the car as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from a local Southern California dealer, and maintained the car perfectly. Paint is excellent with absolutely no signs of accident damage, body or paint repair. Wheels are original alloys, shod with Michelin Pilot Sport tires, with about 10,000 miles of use. Mechanically the car is also excellent. It drives exceptionally well with good response and power from the 4.4l V8 engine, with 300bhp and 320lbft of torque to propel the car from rest to 60mph in about 6 seconds. The gearbox shifts smoothly, brakes and suspension are excellent, and all electrical systems work perfectly. The car was recently serviced in preparation for sale, and a new battery and alternator were installed. The interior of the car is in fantastic condition. There are no signs of wear on any of the interior surfaces, including, dash, seats, door panels, carpets, or headliner. Very minor wear to the driver’s seat is my only comment, and I can’t even say it is conducive with age and mileage, it is so minor. There is minor pixilation to the dash. The car features a 6 CD-Changer, mounted in the trunk, original keys, all books and some records.
