Vehicle Detail

Up for sale here is my cute little BMW X3. I love this color combination too! We purchased it on October 7, 2009 from Ferman BWM in Palm Harbor Florida, so we've owned it for the past 4 years. When we purchased it, it had 34,429 miles on it, and we paid $27,580.95 + Tax. I've really enjoyed driving/owning it too. But, I just purchased the new CTS AWD Coupe, and simply have no need for both vehicles. I'm going to attempt to describe the condition of my BMW as honestly as possible, because I want "whoever" ends up buying it, to be happy with their purchase. As you can see in the pictures, it has the beautiful glossy White exterior, and Buff or Tan leather interior, and all the features that come with a BMW X3, with the exception of the Navigation system & Heated seats. I just had it serviced at Certified Transmission here in Mishwaka Indiana (see picture of receipt), they serviced the transmission (fluid & filter only), and replaced the valve cover gaskets for me as well. I also had the oil changed at the Mishawaka Jiffy Lube last week as well. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle, this was just preventitive maintenance. After the warranty expired on it, I never took it back to BMW for service, because they wanted to charge me a lot more to complete the same requested services. I will have to take it to my local BMW dealer before the buyer picks it up though, because the "service soon" light is on (pre-programed to come on at 60K miles), and BMW has designed it to where "you have to" go to a BMW dealer to have it reset. The only issue I've ever had with it is, the drivers seat has a couple small "splits" in the leather, right where you get in (see pictures), and that it. I really can't complain, I've never had any other issues with it, and I'm sure that could be repaired for very little money. I could never afford to leave it for 2-3 days to have it done. As you can see it the pictures, my husband replace the factory BMW emblems on the front hood and rear hatch with "M3 emblems", and the fender grilles & 3M emblems to the front fenders when we 1st purchased it. They're just help in place with 3M double face tape, and can be removed easly if you don't like them. It looks good inside/out, no dings or dents, and it drives great. Starts and runs great, and the 3 liter 6 cylinder engine is smooth & the 5 speed automatic transmission is smooth shifting. It's really great to drive anywhere .. very fast on the highway and smooth as silk around town. Good milage too! I have all the BMW X3 manuels, receipts, 2 sets of keys & the valet key as well. If I can answer any questions for you, or you would like any additional pictures, just ask. I just took these pictures in the parking lot at the grocery store... "click, click, click"! I didn't "detail" it, and/or "spruce it all up" before I took the pictures. Hey, we use it, as you can see with all my "stuff" on the front/back seats. But, the bottom line is, it's a nice little BMW X3, and if you're the one that ends up with it, I'm sure you're going to enjoy it as much as we have. Thanks & Good Luck. I hope you're the winning bidder.
