1971 Jaguar E-Type in need of complete restoration. Partially disassembled. Bonnet removed. Engine partially disassembled. Seats removed. All parts which are removed are still with the vehicle (sans some missing nuts and bolts). Interior in very good condition. Dash has no cracks, but shows some wear from sitting in sun. Floors are mostly intact. Front floorboards where they connect with firewall are rusted through. Jack points in front are rusted and soft. There is rust around the rear wheel wells, but it is repairable. Lower bonnet where hinges are located is rusted and will need to be fixed or replaced. There are 4 Dunlop tires (brand new) which come with the car. Will not ship. Local pick up only.On Feb-12-13 at 06:13:39 PST, seller added the following information: ***Items I forgot to list originally*** 1.) Car has a clean title. 2.) I thought I had uploaded pictures of the seats but apparently did not. They are in very good condition.3.) The light surface rust on the passenger side is from a soda blasting intended for the whole car which was obviously stopped before complete. I have treated this area with phosphoric acid periodically and it should be a non-issue.4.) As mentioned the interior is in good shape, however, the roof liner has begun to fall in places.
