Successful high bidder should contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within 24 HOURS following the end of the auction, a $500 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT shall be received in the form of cashiers-check, money order, cash in person or Paypal.
After the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax or Email a copy (Front and Back) of their valid, state-issued driver's license. If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come, first serve basis.
Transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS of auction close. Seller accepts cashiers-check, certified funds and cash in person.
Vehicle should be picked up by the buyer within 10 business days from the end of the auction.
Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
If payment is made by cashier's check we will hold all titles up to 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".
Pennsylvania buyers will pay sales tax and registration. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Temporary Transit Tags are available for $40, which will provide valid registration in all states for 30 days.
