Before I begin, I would encourage all serious buyers to contact me directly at 1-517-990-2646 with any questions or concerns. This 1972 Camaro RS/Z-28 has undergone a complete frame off restoration. It is a very nice car for anyone to enjoy without breaking the bank. This is a RS/Z-28 recreation with a 400ci small Block, 4-speed and is not a numbers matching car. The car has no cowl tag to decode and we cannot verify exactly what the car was when it was build at the factory, believed to be a real RS car. This car is nice inside, out, and underneath. It was fully frame-off restored and finished in the fall of 2012. Basically everything on the car is either new or rebuilt. The paint is Cranberry Red with Black standard interior and Black stripes, the color combo is stunning. The car has a quality paint job on it and is straight down the sides. No rust issues with this car with all new metal. Before it was painted, the car was completely disassembled. All chrome and trim is all new. The Z stripes is painted and then clear coated. The drive train is fresh also, it has a small block 400ci bored .30 over and is built with a little attitude roller rockers, bigger cam, headers, aluminum intake etc. The car comes with disc brakes and a 4-speed transmission with a 12 bolt rear end with 4.10 gears (I was told), shocks, front springs are new as is everything else. Basically all components including brakes, battery, wiring harness, gas tank, brake lines, fuel lines etc are all new. New raised white letter BFG’s tires have been mounted on factory wheels. Exhaust is new also and sounds great. Like everything else, the interior is completely new. It has the ever-popular black standard interior and looks very nice. Dash pad, door panels, carpet, headliner, sun visors, etc, etc everything is new. This car is clean everywhere you look, this car is not a 100 point show car, great for local cruise-ins and a few local shows and should get a trophy or two but don’t think you’re getting a $50 or 60 thousand dollar car for half the price, it just looks like one, and is priced at just a fraction of what a true # matching RS/Z-28 car would cost.
