Vehicle Detail

This auction is for a complete engine and parts. It has no warrenty, or refund what so ever. This is a race engine, and needs to be installed and maintained by someone who has mechanical skills specific to motocross. If you have these skills, then you will be in great shape to own a nice engine and parts that come with it. If you do no thave these skills I ask you to please not bid, this stuff is not for beginners. For example, this comes with a carb. You need to take it apart and put your jets in it, or just put your carb on and use this one asa a spare. This is because the air pressure in my area is probably not the same as yours. This can be as harmless as causing a loss of power, or as severe as a lean burn and sticking or scuffing a piston. Bottom line your actions belong to you, I am selling good stuff, and it is up to you to do good work and follow the suzuki manual for maintenance. I used to have a small fleet of these engines and bikes. I road and raced in the woods, too old to race MX.This auction is for a combination of parts I had left, and I assembled the engine and here is what makes it up. (lower end) - never started, zero miles on internals. The lower end has: new bearings for the transmission shafts, main bearings for crank, REM superfinished transmission gears and shafts, teflon coated forks and shifter drum, new "hot rod" connecting rod and rod pin and bearings, Stock clutch basket and hub, needs a pressure plate, I have good set of frictions and steels with new springs. Powder coated ignition cover and clutch cover. This is huge for the average rider / racer a REM transmission feels amazing and will probably last forever. (top end) - never started new Wiseco coated piston, rings, pin, bearing and clips. -this stuff is literally brand new in the top end, I just installed it to sell it. The remainder of this list has one ride. I was testing different porting techniques from different builders is why this jug has only one ride. This jug was replated at Millennium and, bored 2mm to make this engine a 265cc and ported by Eric Gorr. He shaved off .010 off the bottom of the jug for a boost in the lower RPM. Eric also added weld metal on the intake bridges of this jug to strengthen them up, he reworked the head to be pump gas friendly and sized to accept the larger piston. This porting was called the "Mo power" by Eric, and it really is, a bear off the bottom and pulls right to the top. I have (2) pipes that go with this, a stock with a few very small dings, and a FMF fatty in great shape with NO dings at all, a V-Force reed cage, carb, all electronics, new silicon hose kit, complete Cometic gasket kit, power coated head stay brackets and engine covers, a spare brand new Wiseco +2mm replacement piston that is also coated, stock reed cage, and (2) spare cylinder with heads. These (2) cylinders do need to be replated. One is a good spare but 100% stock, the other has been ported and had the intake bridges welded up and worked. The head on these two jugs are good to use. This is a great package, you get all you see in the pictures, if you have a 2001 or 2002 bike this is a direct drop in. If you have a 2003 or newer this still bolts right in, but on the 2003 and newer bikes you will have to use the 2001 / 2002 pipe, that is big difference from a bolt up standpoint. Please send me questions, and for shipping I am asking $135.00 because with shipping this much stuff including pipes there will have to be (2) boxes, one box for the engine which is heavy and a second box for pipes and parts, which are big and odd shaped. If this costs me less to ship I will put your change in an envelope and mail it to you, if I'm wrong and it costs me more to ship this to you I will eat the difference, if you want to reimburse me that's up to you. Bottom line I will not make money off you to ship your stuff. I will not ship to Alaska or Hawaii unless we make special arrangements. Thank you.
