Here is my 1978 Suzuki GS400 that has been converted into a cafe racer. It's a wonderful vintage bike that is nimble and exciting to ride, but is also reliable enough to take anywhere! I rode it about 1000 miles last season while I was finishing building it and never had any issues. Currently you have to kick start it (starts with one or two kicks); the previous owner, in true Cafe Racer style, took the starter motor out (which I still have) to save weight. However it does still retain the original wiring harness, so if you decide you would rather have the electric start, it should be an easy project. There is a mileage discrepancy on the title, because the last owner rode it without an odometer for a few hundred miles and told the BMV. The only reason why I am selling her is so I can move on to the next project. Here is a video of a cold start and walk around.
