Vehicle Detail

1967 Ford Fairlane XL, 390 auto on floor. Original CA car with service records, ownercard, and build sheet. Runs excellent and drives straight, all newer brakes, newer dual exhaust, Cragar mags, and airshocks---Body is extremely rust free, original paint, no bodywork or filler, original trunk, floorboards, quarters, and needs no metal replacement, has just a touch of fiberglass resin in the front floorboards, very little just to seal them up (see pics) Underside looks amazing for a Fairlane, subframes perfect, floorboards straight and clean. Exterior body also has 0 rust, nothing, original paint and no dents..none. All trim intact and straight (might be a little ding somewhere, nothing noticable though), all glass good, bumpers front and rear have been rechromed, excellent condition. Power brakes, power steering car, tinted windshield and A/C...Air cond does not work, never serviced...power steering missing pump and hoses..pump went bad and was taken off and lost..factory 390 has an Edelbrock carb, and runs perfect, starts easy, idles all day, and runs out strong, very nice sounding motor, no ticks or bearing noise. I do have the factory auto trans console, metal parts all fine, but the plastic console is broke, have all the pieces, might be able to repair. Seats are factory parchment color, both front buckets and rear seat are in great condition, no rips. The rest of the interier is stock and unrestored, carpet and headliner have been removed and need replacement, dash pad cracked, door panels decent but untouched. Doors are rust free, rear window area, trunk, front fender doglegs all rust free also----Tires are probably dry and should be replaced, cragar mags will clean up nice, no peeling or pitting, just dirty and a few small surface rust areas that will polish off easily. Clear title matches the door tag, and radiator support, and I believe the engine and trans/rearend are all original too. Sold new out of Taylor-Slatin Ford, Huntington Park, CA 10/15/66, VIN #7K40H113905, Kansas City assembly, original invoice $3818.16. Also comes with the original Holley carb, B+M shift kit, new window fuzzies still in the box, and factory radio/speakers (has an Alpine CD deck now, and aftermarket speakers) along with factory jack, full cover, and some other extra parts. About the cleanest and straightest unrestored Fairlane you will ever come across...Nice driver too.Take a look, ask me any questions, THANKS
