Selling a rare 1949 Desoto business/club coupe for a client. Family says that was a clean, good running car. Then the father decided to do a cosmetic restoration and removed the chrome & other pieces for a repaint. He then fell ill before the project could be finished and it was put on hold. All parts were placed back into the car and the car was put into storage. This was about 2001. The family is now ready to sell the vehicle so someone else can bring it back to it's former glory. It does have a clear, clean, original, Texas Title that can be easily transferred. You are are viewing the vehicle as I saw it. It appears to be rust free and cancer free as far as I can tell and as far as the family knows. Other than what I've told you, or what you see in these pictures, I know nothing else about the vehicle. I got a flashlight and looked in through the window. I couldn't see a whole lot, but I see no cancer at all in the floor boards from what I can tell. It looks like the seats have been nicely recovered in a burgandy cloth & Vynil, and still look like they'd clean up good. Because of it's location, we will need AT LEAST ONE WEEKS NOTICE before you come to get the car so we can move it out to be picked up. (Weather permitting) You can have up to sixty days to come pick up the vehicle after sale ends.
