This is the classic E30 chassis the one that created the ultimate driving machine! This car is in good cosmetic shape despite its age with a solid and complete interior with NO cracks on dashboard, door panels, or seats. Carpet us worn and dirty but should clean up nicely. The exterior has considerable fading on the hood,trunk, and right front fender but again it should buff up nicely. Tires are in good shape with a complete spare in the trunk. All lights, mirrors, and emblems are present. The engine starts and runs, the transmission shifts through all four gears plus reverse!Good starter, alternator, and battery. Now the bad or broken stuff and the reason I am selling this car. First the water pump went around Xmas along with the clutch for the cooling fan. This caused the pulley for the alternator to vibrate and shred the alternator belt. These things will need to be fixed along with replacement of the Brake Booster which barely works. If you slam on the brakes there is power assist if not then you have a car with no POWER brakes HOWEVER the brakes DO work! Just without power assistance. The flasher unit also needs replacement so that the turn signals will work. The heat works but not the AC. Never checked out why just opened the sunroof which works as well with no leakage ( If closed completely). This car has a new Cat back exhaust system that was done in August along with some cooling system hoses and expansion tank cap which are 10 months old. A full tune up and trans flush/filter replacement is also recommended. These are all the major things needed to get this car on the road and riding again. The right side rear power window doesn't work and the driver's door latch and lock cylinder need repair as well but don't affect operation of the car. Finally the odometer stop working at 128300 miles. I drove another 7k or 8k until December. This will need repair so T.M.U. or 136k miles which ever you prefer. An extensive list I know but I believe in FULL disclosure. Any other questions just ask. OK. I will need a picture of the buyer's Driver's License emailed to me during this time period as well.
