Vehicle Detail

This bus is for sale again due to a non-paying buyer, so let me say right up front, if you have no feedback or negative feedback, don't bother bidding without contacting me first. I tired of fooling with people who buy and don't pay. I have 100% rating. I'll be honest with you about the bus. Just don't bid if you aren't going to follow through. I need to sell this bus for financial reasons or believe me, it wouldn't be for sale. I'm not going to drive it to you just so you can look at it and decide you have to ask your wife or girlfriend. I'm not interested in trades. I'm taking the reserve off to sell it quickly. This 77 Bus is one of the most fun I've ever owned. It's pretty original except for the color. I call her "Sunny" and she gets looks everywhere we go. She runs strong, doesn't leak a drop of anything, doesn't smoke, even on start up, she stops better than average and lights etc. all work. She has almost brand new heater boxes plus and auxiliary blower and a pretty decent stereo/CD player. She's a walk through too. The tires are almost new, floorboards are solid and she's cute as a button. She even has little smiley face tire valve covers! The vinyl decals can be removed if you like. This is not a show car, at least not if you want to win against the 50K buses. It's nice, it's clean, it runs well and it's fun. It has a little bit of surface rust in a couple of places, the first mile or so each day the back brakes grind a bit and then they quit, but since I don't have a VW mechanic close and I'm not mechanical you'll probably need rear brakes soon. The gears all stay put but as with most buses are just a bit finicky sometimes. The bus seems pretty tight, steering wise. The black upholstery is original but has a few normal wear and tear places. I have a spare tire cover that I bought off Samba that's included as well. I'll help you arrange shipping to wherever you want but honestly I'd rather not ship overseas unless you're willing to pay a premium for the headaches. Thanks for looking.
