I purchased this TD back in March of 2011.  I bought this car because it was pretty much original, with matching numbers, a driver with good oil pressure, new tires (165 80R/15), good top, etc.  I drove it for awhile and decided to "fix it up a bit".  Last summer I drove the car into our three bay garage to check the brakes - they are fine, replace the clutch, tighten down the rear axle and suspension, replace the hand brake cables, and replace the front end boots.  Soooooo.......While I was doing that stuff I thought I would refinish the wheels, which I did, and remove the many layers of body paint and repaint with an original MG color and up grade the interior.  I removed all of the sheet metal, had it sandblasted, and all of the bumps and scratches removed.  All sheetmetal, except for the tub and doors, is ready for final cleaning, priming, and painting.  While digging around the tub I found three bad pieces of wood and some sheet metal problems.  I have purchased replacement wood and sheet metal from Moss.  To top it all off we have now decided to put our home up for sale, the one with a three bay garage, and down size. At this point the car could be completely disassembled and restored or put back together as a very nice driver.  If you are interested please don't hesitate to call and ask questions - 330 704 6355 or ask through ebay.  I would consider delivering the car within a 500 mile radius for the cost of fuel.  My truck gets about 15 miles per gallon.  Thanks for looking.
