Beautiful 1964 Chevy Corvair Monza Convertible - Rebuilt engine and transmission! Runs and drives great, just passed inspection with no problems; the engine and transmission were rebuilt by the previous owner and only have a couple thousand miles on them (I believe less than 2,500 but can't confirm). Clear title. Brand new convertible top, interior is in great shape, new dash; seats were recovered a few years ago and still looks good (little worn on drivers seat but not bad at all). Automatic trans. The car was repainted a dark red a few years ago (originally blue) and now has a few minor chips from driving it (can barely, if even, notice from a few feet away) and the only issue with the body is a small ding on the driver's door (like a golf ball hit it) and a small 1" crack on the top edge of the driver's door, but again from a few feet away the car looks perfect. Windshield washer fluid pump not currently working, however I have a new universal pump coming in the mail, and if it gets here before the end of the auction I will install it. Also has a new (either NOS or original looking) radio installed in the dash but has not been wired in yet. I also just replaced all the spark plugs along with the distributor cap and rotor. The car is a good driver and gets constant looks and compliments. Some small seals are getting a little old, could leave as is or if you want replace them. Also back when I bought the car the PO said he replaced the fuel line and tank, and from looking at them they look very clean (no build up of gunk on them like if they were old). Also I believe the new top has the zip out rear window feature.
