Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This is a very nice 2007 Honda Foreman 500 Electric Shift 4x4 ATV. The Foreman line is the best selling line of ATV's in America. It is one of the most versatile, dependable, hard-working ATV's ever made. It starts with the 499cc four stroke, air-cooled work horse engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. This one is the ES or Electric Shift transmission. So instead of shifting gears with your foot you do so by simply pushing buttons with your thumb. To be clear you do choose between 5 forward gears and reverse but there is no clutch and no shift, just push buttons. This set up is ultra reliable and easy to you, plus there are no belts to ever slip or break. These late model Foreman models can be taken in and out of 4 wheel drive simply by flipping a switch, unlike the older, full time 4x4 version. Of course digital instrumentation, racks and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This ATV is in excellent condition. It has only 1892 original miles on it. That is barely broekn in by Honda standards. It is in excellent mechanical condition. The brakes, transmission, and etc. all work perfect.It does not leak, smoke or make any unusual noises. It steers great, has no slop in the suspension and rides perfectly. When it was traded in to us by its original owner it still had the original tires on it but they were low on tread due to use on the road so we just installed a brand new set of AMS Black Widow tires. They have zero miles on them. Appearance wise it is excellent. The plastics are really nice with no cracks or damage. Of course it does have a few normal scratches, but unusually few for a 2007. A new one just like this would set you back around $8,500. This one looks great, runs great and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories. So if you want to add a snow plow, trailer, winch, nicer wheels, etc just drop us a line. We'd be happy to help. Shipping: We do not provide shipping, but many of our customers have had great luck lately with www.uship.com You can post your shipping requests there and let shippers bid on them. I will be happy to work with your shipper within reason to make it go smoothly for you. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
