Have original bill of sale. Also have complete HAND WRITTEN record of everything done to this vehicle since purchased. Has been meticulously maintained. Oil changes and lube before due. In the beginning Penzoil 10-30, now Royal Purple 10-30 synthetic. Royal Purple gear oil in transmission and rear-end.  305 cubic inch Industrial V-6 engine was rebuilt and balanced by speed shop @ 202 K miles in 1987. Totally rebuilt front end 10/2004. Transmission rebuilt, new heavy duty clutch, pressure plate, & throw-out bearing @ 231 K 2/2005. Rebuilt heads / Hardened valve seats new valves and springs 3/2006 @ 241 K miles. Rebuild carb. 4/2009 @ 245 K miles. New K&N filter, New 3 inch dual exhausts & Flo-Max mufflers. Excellent Goodyear tires. It has under-the-bumper fog lights, and super bright tractor-type backup lights.  This truck has spent the last 22 years under a carport. It has only been in two very minor fender-benders in which each front fender was dented slightly. In 11/1978 it was painted with the original color.  Very little rust on this truck. For 42 of its 45 years it has had an 8 foot camper in its bed, and has traveled extensively all over the west and mid-west, most recently 3 years ago when it made a 5,000 mile +,  three week and a half trip through most of the western states. Needless to say, it runs great. . . I cannot imagine a better vehicle to do a full restoration on. If you are looking for a good old truck to restore,  you need to see this one. It is a jewel I have added some photos of the truck that were taken over the years while on road trips. Today it turns more heads in campgrounds than brand new trucks do,  and people come over to ask questions about it.
