Vehicle Detail
This car was originally a 400 c.i. 4bbl big block car which now has a stock 383 under the hood. New parts added to the car include: Doug Thorley headers, TCI transmission (Manual valve body) with Street Fighter Torque converter and B&M shifter, 650 Edelbrock carb with manual choke, radiator, Mopar ignition, 2 inch dual exhaust with H pipe and chrome tips, Cragar wheels, BFG tires, front seats, u-joints, fuel sending unit, transmission cooler, air shocks in the rear. I think thats it. I got this car out of a junk yard about 6 or 7 years ago and have brought it back to life, but I am done with it and ready to move on to something else. As you can see the body and interior are in need of attention. I patched a hole in driver side floor pan as seen in picture, they both probably need replaced. Trunk is just surface rust only. Body rust is pretty well depicted in the picures. This car had a cheap repaint done over the top of the original metallic brown paint at some point prior to me owning it. Windshield is cracked also. The car goes down the road pretty good, gets about 14 mpg, all lights work. Needs the front end gone through before I would feel real comfortable though; bearings, brakes, etc. Engine has a slight rear main seal leak and the driver side header has a small exhaust leak also. 8 1/4 rear end with 2.71's, nothing special there. I can deliver the car in an enclosed trailer for about $1.00 per mile after Feb 5th, but I would prefer pick-up, . I have the correct, but pretty sure it is not the original 400 that was in the car when I bought it. It runs, I pulled it out to rebuild it and clean it up and put the 383 in it so it could still be driven. It is available for an additional $500.00 if you need/want it. Hope she goes to a good home! GOOD LUCK BIDDING, NO RESERVE, NO STRINGS ATTACHED, THE WAY EBAY SHOULD BE!!!! On Jan-25-13 at 12:31:15 PST, seller added the following information: If this car goes for over $5000.00 I will throw in the 400 c.i. big block that came with the car for free!!
