I have for your consideration a rare 1966 Ford Thunderbird. Research tells us that the 428 engine option was put in only about 600 plus vehicles. This car originally was from California. It was purchased and brought to Massachusetts in 1984. The car was driven for approximately 3-5 years and then stored in a barn. Being that the car is originally from California it has ZERO rot. The undercarriage of the vehicle has minor surface rust, again no rot. The body has a dent on the hood and left front fender. The only rot on the vehicles body is a few inches in diameter behind the rear wheels. The trunk is solid. The vehicle has all trim and chrome. The interior is near mint with the only exception being that the headliner needs replacement. The vehicle has all glass which is in excellent condition with no scratches or chips. This is an easy restoration because there is no real rust or rot on the vehicle. Now for the bad news...the vehicle is missing its engine and transmission. My suggestion for the new owner would be to drop in a 390, which are plentiful. The vehicle has all its identification tags and vin, to include the drivers door tag. The vehicle comes with a clean title. I will also throw in any extra parts I have to include the radiator. Also the vehicle comes with the original hubcaps. VERY LOW RESERVE!
