VIN 135177B195364 HISTORY: We bought this car from a friend and car restorer from near Cincinnati, Ohio. The car came from High Point, North Carolina before he got it. I do have a copy of the North Carolina title to show where it came from. TITLE: Clear Ohio title in hand with a VIN that matches. IS THIS A REAL SUPER SPORT? No!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has the badges and icing, but it was not born a Super Sport. IS THERE ANY RUST PROBLEMS? I consider this a good solid car, in fact a very solid car. The frame, the floors, the trunk, under the rear window all look good. The floors look real good, the underside is not shinny and detailed for show, but I see no rust problems. I did not put under coating on it so you can see the original floor, they are as good as you will get, they are not painted shinny and pretty, but are rock solid. DOES THE CAR HAVE BONDE/BODY FILLER? Of course it does, have you ever seen one that has none, I havn't, but it has no bubbles, no swelled places, no cracks, its about as good as you will find. If somebody tells you thier car has none, you had better be alert. The front corner of the drivers door has filler. IS THERE ANY ACCIDENT DAMAGE? None that I can find. WHY AM I SELLING THIS CAR? I’m a classic car restorer, but when I find a vehicle I like and can sell for a fair market price, I buy it fix a few things and resell. PAINT: The paint has a brilliant shine, it has no rust bubbles, no dents and the car is straight to look down sides, but not lazer/arrow straight like a $30,000 paint job. The paint looks real good, but with a critical eye you will see a little orange peel and a few specs, the front drivers side fender has 2 touched up chips. CHROME: Good over all, the grill and nose chrome look new, the emblems look new, the bumpers shine good other than some chipped places on top, the drip rail molding is very nice, the door handles have some pits, the tail light bezels nice, the vent window chrome real good. INTEROR: Very good interior with no wear. The head liner is real good. UNSERSIDE: The frame and supports are good, the floor pans are good, the door bottoms are good, the rear quarter drop downs good, this is a very solid car. GLASS: The side windows roll up and down good, the windshield looks brand new, some sand marks on the top of the passengers side window. SOUND SYSTEM: Decent radio that works. ENGINE: The engine is a rebuilt 350 that runs very strong, it has no knocks or rattles, no bad oil leaks,it has a mild looping cam, Holley carburetor and aluminum intake. I did not build the engine the past owner in North Carolina did. EXHAUST SYSTEM: Nice sounding exhaust system, it has the Muscle car sound, the muffler are Flow Master. The headers are full tube and not coated. TRANSMISSION: 4 speed manual that shifts good and has no clutch chatter or slip. REAR-END: 10 bolt Chevrolet with no whines or growls, not positive traction and a good highway ratio. BRAKES: Drums all around that stop very good. STEERING: Car drives good, it is power steering. WHEELS AND TIRES : I know some you guy hate this type of wheel and some of you love them. They are 20 inch and made by KMC. The tires are 235/35Z in front and 245/35Z in the rear. LIGHTS and wiring: The head lights work, the tail lights work the brake lights work and the turn signals work, dome light does not work. THE GAS GAUGE WORKS! SPEEDMETER WORKS! Horn not working. GAUGES ARE OLD SCHOOL IN A POD UNDER THE DASH AND THEY WORK. .GUAGES: The oil and temp in a pod under the dash and work, the charge is still on the light. HOW DO THE DOORS AND HOOD OPEN AND CLOSE? They open and close good. HOOD FIT: Its just OK, these after market Super Sport hoods don't fit perfect. By not perfect I mean the margins. HEATER: The car now has no heater core, past owner was going to put a Vintage Air unit in the car and never put it back when it went bad. I have a new core and will put it and new heater hoses if you want me to. If you don't want it I will subtract $100 when we settle up. The heater blower does work. TRADES: Please no trades, they never work out and are just too hard! They have to be very critical to cover their back sides and all their concerned about is getting paid. I understand how hard it is to buy a car without looking, but I think you should come look yourself. I don’t like paid inspectors, I like for the person that is buying to inspect for themselves.
