Vehicle Detail
I am the owner # 3 This truck has been in my family when special ordered from ford in 1995. It is pretty much a f 250 bronco, duel front shocks, larger brakes...just replaced. 5.8L 351w motor. Truck only has 76k ORIGINAL MILES! Runs and drives like new. Magnaflow muffler with a turn down before the rear axel. no tail pipe so its a little loud. sounds real good. This was my Uncle's truck and then when he got sick it sat for years, when my Uncle passed the truck was handed down to his daughter Not knowing how to maintain the truck she gave it to me. That was two years ago. I have had the transmission rebuilt and have proof of it, I did a high performance tune up MSD coil, Accell cap and rotor, new high temp wires. New brakes front and rear. Tires are in great shape. ALL the fluids have been changed and are clean. I only use 10w30 full syn oil and it's clean! truck holds 50 psi of oil pressure @ full temp 1500 rps. Motor is solid with tons of power! does NOT burn oil. Full power, Windows, locks with factory remote alarm, driver seat has lumbar control. Has a cd player, nothing special. New Radiator and coolant, last winter. Has hot heat and cold AC. The bad is that the 4x4 works but the front auto hubs bind up so I don't use it, may need new hubs? The ABS sensor disc on the front left wheel was broken and I did not replace it when they did the brakes so the ABS light stays on.Brakes work GREAT! The check engine light goes on and off. Pre 96 so it is OBD 1 and all I could find out is some sort of ground issue? Never looked passed that point. Does not effect the truck, runs and drives great. Driver side quarter vent window has been replaced with plexiglass. still opens and closes. cant tell unless your looking. The rear window works but the rear defrost does not. needs a new tail gate cable. The oil pressure gauge on the dash quit so I had an after market gauge put in. works great and lights up with the dash lights. It has a normal amount of rust for winter states. The under body is great! all the gas lines and brake lines look brand new. the engine compartment is clean and all the org wires and vac lines look brand new. I drive the truck every day and just drove it to Grand Blanc MI From Buffalo NY where I moved from. just under 500 miles with no issues. I am also selling local so I reserve the right to end this auction at any time, This is my daily driver so the miles may change slightly. You can pick this truck up and drive it home, even if that home is in CA. It is very reliable and runs great. If you can fix the rust and a few minor issues you will have a GREAT Bronco with LOW miles. On Jan-17-13 at 08:56:09 PST, seller added the following information: Just an update I had a question about the drivability of the truck with bad hubs. The hubs are only active when the 4x4 is engaged. I happen to think that when the brakes where installed the hubs where not installed correctly. the left front seems fine, the right front wheel binds when the 4x4 is engaged. Just to be on the safe side and for the cost I would just replace the hubs. The 4x4 worked great before the brakes where installed. However! the truck runs and drives great when in 2 wheel drive and you could drive it anywhere. just hop on the expressway set the cruse control and go. Also on a side note, I have NEVER had the NEED for the 4x4, even in Buffalo Snow. This truck goes through anything. Its a tank with a short wheel base and great tires, I have never been stuck in snow and I know first hand the truck has never been off road.
