great opportunity here to own a 350/350 horse 4-speed convertible ! very restorable very affordable ! bid , make offers need space .. not original motor prior owner states the 350 horse motor was replaced with a factory 350 horse replacement motor in the 1980s it is the original trans and rear. car was driven into a garage 25 plus years ago where the prior owner began restoring the car it has the trim removed and the body has been sanded and blocked all old paint stripped off and was nearly ready for repaiting when the prior owner got sick . i brought it home put some gas in the carb she fired right up, miles are believed to be original at 81k,car does run, prior owner said it drives and is very fast, you paint it and save , i have all the pieces that were removed in boxes. it is very complete less carpet and exhaust. the convertible top is in nice driver quality condition with a small dime size imperfection on the bottom of the top, the dash is nice, seats and door panels are useable and original, the frame is good and also servicable but has a small soft spot on the drivers side under the door easily accesable and repairable, the body work is close mostly in primer this is an easy to finish project at a low reserve these 4 speed convertibles are getting pricey own this one for less. ct does not issue titles for cars over 20 years old, car comes with bill of sale and transfer of ownership q-1 form from ct. call 860-502-9368 with questions ..On Jan-14-13 at 17:20:51 PST, seller added the following information: to answer a few common questions, the nose has all of its original bonding strips still intact, it is a non hit nose in very nice condition, the original color is Daytona yellow, i was told it was a driver prior to being parked, dosnt appear as though it would take alot of money to make it a nice driver just some time to paint the car and re assemble trim ,top and interior. On Jan-15-13 at 10:52:39 PST, seller added the following information: ATTENTION: I WAS ABLE TO FIND THE OLD TITLE ( CT DOSNT REQUIRE THEM ON OLD CARS )BUT FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT NEED A TITLE I FOUND IT AND IT DOES COME WITH THE CAR ! when taking the pictures one of the hood latches was stuck, so taking engine pic is tough but the motor definetly runs and sound good, AND YES THIS IS A SIDE PIPE CAR I HAVE ONLY THE SIDE PIPE COVERS AND THE MANIFOLDS ATTACHED TO THE MOTOR..YOU WILL NEED EXHAUST.
