Up for sale is a 1999 Mercury Cougar V6 with 121K miles on it. Color of the car is dark tourmaline green. This car is loaded with features such as Am/Fm Cassette Radio with a 6-disc CD Changer. The car also has cruise control, A/C, Power windows, Power locks, 16" wheels, and rear spoiler. Car has the sport package which includes foglights and 4 wheel disc brakes! Clean PA title ready to be transferred to new owner. Inspection just expired in November and I have no need for this vehicle anymore. Has newer pads and rotors on all 4 wheels and fairly new windshield wipers and battery. Interior is super clean with nice two-toned cloth bucket seats with no tears. All 4 tires will pass PA inspection but will need replaced shortly. The car does need some work. The automatic transmission has something wrong with it. You can get the car to move/drive by placing it in Low1, then shifting into Low2, and Drive once you reach higher speeds. We did drive the car from Uniontown to Monroeville like this and were able to shift it into Drive once above 30mph and on the highway and were able to get up to normal driving speeds. Not sure what might be wrong, may just need an adjustment or sensor. Clean car with some rust, dents, and scratches as would be expected on a vehicle that is 14 years old. The 2.5L engine runs great and has plenty of power. This would make a great winter car. This would be a great car for someone with mechanical abilities or would be great for a 5-speed swap!
