PURCHASED BY CAROL BURNETT IN STUDIO CITY! ORIG REGISTRATION SLIP FROM STATE OF CALIFORNIA. This is a wonderful 1974 Mercedes 450 SLC. Absolutely gorgeous, it runs and drives great! Sunroof, and new tires. Carol's original car phone is still intact. The leather is original and very good. The interior is beautiful. AM/FM/Cassette with six cassettes from the 60s and 70s. The car is 100% rust free, and I believe it has been in California and Arizona since new! Collector owned and pride of ownership shows. It has been repainted the original color and looks great. Chrome is in excellant shape. The car comes with all the original and complete manuals and books, in the original plastic cases. It has a new battery, filters, spark plus, fuel hoses and cables. Has a car cover also. Extra floor mats are included. Carol Burnett is one of the funniest and most popular comedians of all time. Her TV show was the #1 show on TV for years. The videos of the show are now selling nightly on TV. A great performer! We have the original reg card with Carol's name. The Carol Burnett memorabilia includes the two unused tickets to her show from Sept 28 1973. What a great Museum car! This car catches anyone's eye immediately. Put it on display! About the car -- The 450SLC was produced from 1972-1980. It was MB's most expensive and top of the line offering in the years it was produced. The SLC was made in limited numbers over the eight years only 31,000 were made. This car is real conversation piece, head turner and all around fun, reliable car to drive. Color is " Colorado beige" This car was originally purchased in Europe so the VIN is different than ours. The Red Cross first aide kit found on the dash behind the passenger seats. This is a special car; the wheelbase makes this ride like a sedan-with a full backseat. This is one of the nicest 450 models I have ever seen.
