If there are any, they will appear at the very, very bottom of the listing. This is a great looking Land Rover! It's one of the cleanest Series II Land Rovers I've seen in a while. You would never guess the odometer from looking at this truck, inside or out. This Land Rover looks like it has been very well cared for. The exterior of this FLORIDA truck is RUST-FREE and in great condition. The green metallic paint looks great. It is shiny and in over all very, very good condition. There are just a few of the normal scratches and dings as you would expect, and a small amount of bug damage on the front-facing surfaces. Over all, it looks great. This truck has the 16" wheels with very rugged-looking tires that give it a cool look. I have tried to capture every aspect of the truck's appearance in the photos, so be sure to check them out for the complete story. The interior of this SUV is in great shape as well! The tan leather upholstery is in over all very good condition, with only minimal signs of wear on the driver's seat and armrest (see pictures). The climate control A/C is cold. The headliner is in exceptionally good condition with no rips or sags. The carpets are clean. The power windows all work as do all of the lock actuators. This truck has the SE-7 package which brings a third row of seats for an additional 2 passengers...or they can be folded away for cargo capacity. This truck comes with a set of factory books, the one key shown (in great condition), and the partial set of rubber Land Rover secondary floor mats pictured. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion. 3. Completing the Transaction 3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way. 3.2. Pay a Deposit. You must also pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle. 3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes – please see 3.5, below) within 3 days after the end of the auction. 3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars. 3.5. Fees and Taxes. 3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $250 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I don't make exceptions for other licensed dealers. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale. 3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers. If you have the vehicle shipped to your location, I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly. If you come to Florida to pick up the vehicle at my location, I am required to collect either your state's sales tax, or Florida's 6%, whichever is less. Generally, you will receive a credit in your state for sales tax collected here. If I collect our 6% because your state's rate is higher, you will be charged the balance in your state. I always recommend you check with your local tag agency first; although the vast majority of states have a reciprocal sales tax agreement with Florida, a few do not. Some states also have specific forms or procedures that must be used for out-of-state purchases. 3.5.3. Tag & Title. 3.5.3.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $100 to $450 depending on your specific situation. If the actual cost of title and registration is less than the estimate, I will refund you the difference; if the actual cost is more that the estimate, you will be required to pay the difference before getting your tag and title. I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion. 4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle 4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. You pay the shipper directly and are responsible for delivery arrangements. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed. 4.2. This is a great looking Land Rover! It's one of the cleanest Series II Land Rovers I've seen in a while. You would never guess the odometer from looking at this truck, inside or out. This Land Rover looks like it has been very well cared for. The exterior of this FLORIDA truck is RUST-FREE and in great condition. The green metallic paint looks great. It is shiny and in over all very, very good condition. There are just a few of the normal scratches and dings as you would expect, and a small amount of bug damage on the front-facing surfaces. Over all, it looks great. This truck has the 16" wheels with very rugged-looking tires that give it a cool look. I have tried to capture every aspect of the truck's appearance in the photos, so be sure to check them out for the complete story.
The interior of this SUV is in great shape as well! The tan leather upholstery is in over all very good condition, with only minimal signs of wear on the driver's seat and armrest (see pictures). The climate control A/C is cold. The headliner is in exceptionally good condition with no rips or sags. The carpets are clean. The power windows all work as do all of the lock actuators. This truck has the SE-7 package which brings a third row of seats for an additional 2 passengers...or they can be folded away for cargo capacity. The pictures pretty much tell the story here as well, so be sure to check them all out. This is over all a very, very clean interior! This truck comes with a set of factory books, the one key shown (in great condition), and the partial set of rubber Land Rover secondary floor mats pictured.
This truck is fitted with a 4.0 litre V8 engine, 4-wheel drive, and an automatic transmission. The check engine light is on but the truck runs and drives great. The transmission shifts as it should. The truck tracks down the road nicely. Drive this Land Rover anywhere.

1. Before You Bid
1.1. Read the Vehicle Description and Ask Questions. I spend a lot of time creating my listings, and I make every effort to thoroughly, accurately and fairly describe the vehicles I offer. If you have a specific question or concern, or if I missed something, please feel free to ask. Please keep in mind that I sell pre-owned vehicles. As with any pre-owned vehicle, minor cosmetic flaws may be visible under close inspection.
1.2. Inspect the Vehicle. I encourage you to inspect the vehicle personally or through an inspection service prior to bidding. If you would like to inspect the vehicle, please call to make arrangements. Most of my vehicles are kept inside.
1.3. Be Aware That Vehicles Are Offered As Is/No Warranty Unless Stated. Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, the vehicle is being sold “as-is”, with no warranty. I try to accurately and fairly describe any known mechanical or cosmetic issues. However, as with any vehicle, mechanical or other failures may occur from time to time, and I cannot represent or warranty that they will not. You are responsible for any repairs made after the sale.
1.4. Mileage May Vary Slightly. I indicate the mileage of each vehicle at the time of listing. Please note that actual mileage may be slightly higher at the time of the end of the auction and/or delivery as the vehicle may be driven while the auction is underway.
2. Bidding on the Vehicle
2.1. Ready to Bid? If you’re ready to bid, great! Please keep in mind a few requirements and courtesies. Please intend to, and be ready & able to (financially and otherwise), complete the purchase of the vehicle within the timeframes set out herein. Participating just for sport without the intention to complete the transaction is unfair to me and to other users, and it wastes a lot of time and money. I may obtain the registered information of users participating in my auctions, and may filter or cancel any bids in my discretion.
2.2. I May End An Auction Early. "Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end "no reserve" auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion.
3. Completing the Transaction
3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way.
3.2. Pay a Deposit. You must also pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle.
3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes – please see 3.5, below) within 3 days after the end of the auction.
3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars.
3.5. Fees and Taxes.
3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $250 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I don't make exceptions for other licensed dealers.
3.5.2. Sales Tax.
3.5.2.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale.
3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers. If you have the vehicle shipped to your location, I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly. If you come to Florida to pick up the vehicle at my location, I am required to collect either your state's sales tax, or Florida's 6%, whichever is less. Generally, you will receive a credit in your state for sales tax collected here. If I collect our 6% because your state's rate is higher, you will be charged the balance in your state. I always recommend you check with your local tag agency first; although the vast majority of states have a reciprocal sales tax agreement with Florida, a few do not. Some states also have specific forms or procedures that must be used for out-of-state purchases.
3.5.3. Tag & Title.
3.5.3.1. Florida Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $100 to $450 depending on your specific situation. If the actual cost of title and registration is less than the estimate, I will refund you the difference; if the actual cost is more that the estimate, you will be required to pay the difference before getting your tag and title. I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect.
3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state.
3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially.
3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion.
4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle
4.1. Shipping. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. You pay the shipper directly and are responsible for delivery arrangements. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed.
4.2. Pick Up. I am located at 2645 NE 9th Ave in Cape Coral, Florida. I am easily accessible from US 41 and from Interstate 75. If you plan to fly in, I will pick up at RSW - Southwest Florida Int’l Airport in Fort Myers (commercial) or FMY - Page Field in Fort Myers (private) or PGD - Charlotte County Airport (commercial & private) in Punta Gorda. Please contact me to make arrangements if you are planning to pick the vehicle up. Vehicles are available for drive-off once full payment and all paperwork requirements are completed.
