This is my 2000 F250 Powerstroke 4x4 ext cab short bed. I bought it 7 months ago and love the truck. However my left knee is bothering me (from previous surgery) and I'm afraid I will have to have surgery again and will not be able to drive it. Here is the history of the truck. It has spent its whole life in NC around the Fayetteville area until I bought it and now it resides in the Charlotte area. The original owner used it to haul jet ski's. The second owner had a part time job cutting grass and used it to pull his trailer with a zero turn mower on it. I bought from him and have only pulled a small single axle trailer with a 4wheeler on it. Other than that the truck has not been abused or messed with. It has the original paint and even the original windshield. The truck does not have any rust other than a small spot on the hood where the original owner had a bug shield on it and something got down there and took the paint off. The only modifications are the air filter. The exhaust is still factory. I will start with whats been done and then would it needs. Since I bought it I didn't like how the clutch felt so I replaced it with a new LUK clutch kit. Which included a new flyweel, pressure plate, disc, and release bearing. I also did a rear main seal while I was there. I have never been a fan of the automatic hubs until I learned more about them. Now, thats all I will have. I have replaced the hoses going to the hubs and have removed and repacked both them. They work as they are supposed to. I had the overhead display rebuilt so it shows correctly now. I also had a small fuel leak at the filter housing which ended up being the fuel heater switch. I replaced it and solved that problem. The only thing mechanical the truck needs is the rotors to be turned and could use a set of sway bar bushings (noisey). Everything on the truck works as it is supposed to. I very particular about that and can't stand something not working like it was intended to. Payment must be in the form or a certified check or cash (preferred). If you paying by certified check, my bank will have to authorized the check before release of the truck. I have a clear title in hand. Ask any questions you might have.
