The tires have 1/4 “ tread left. The power disk brakes are good. The exhaust system is rusty. This truck is out of service because it is unsafe to drive as is. The right rear cab corner and right front box mount are rotted out and NOT ATTACHED to the frame. This truck WILL NOT PASS NYS INSPECTION.
