Rare find! This is a one owner 1971 (titled 1972) K1 model with only 8247 miles. Always kept indoors. Comes with original title, manual, warranty policy and owners card! Was purchased new on 02/28/1972. I am a dealer that purchased this because this was just like my very first bike and had it completely serviced and it now runs great. Service included all new top end gaskets (the original were all dried up), rebuilt carburetors, synched, new brake pads, professionally sealed inside of gas tank, valves lapped and polished, electronic ignition added (for reliability - have original parts in perfect condition), new old stock seat (have original too in nearly perfect condition but cushion is hard), all fluids, and much more. Thousands spent. Not restored, original paint, newer tires, engine clear coat has not been removed since that's a personal thing. Reason for selling is I just have too many bikes and not enough room, so a few must go. I am willing to part with this one at a loss, my reserve is far less than I have into it. I bought it on 12-14-10 off eBay for $6601.69 plus shipping (auction 190477528806), and then spent a LOT of money making it dependably ride-able again (I always wanted to ride it to bike shows, but never had the time).
