I'am selling my 1983 Porsche 911sc. A great daily driver, this is very solid and a blast to drive 911sc. It was resprayed guards red (was originally brown) by the previous owner and has the chocolate brown interior with front sport seats. The body is in good shape, just the usual chips here and there but nothing major as you can tell from the pictures. Overall the interior is in good shape. The front door cards, passenger seat and rear seats are in great shape, and the drivers seat can use some work as shown in the picture. The dash is mint with no cracks, it has an aftermarked "moon roof" thats pretty cool, no leaks of any kind. This was originally a Canadien car that had the speedometer in km that showed 203,xxx miles or roughly 126,000 miles. I just put in a US spec speedometer from a 1983 SC that shows milage for my benefit, but I will include the original KM speedometer as well. The engine is very strong, starts right up every time and has no oil leaks. The previous owner upgraded the chain tensioner and pop off valve. The clutch would need to be replaced in the future. Iam pretty picky and for now drive the car the way it is, but it could use a new clutch. When cold it shifts perfectly but once its been running for a while the 1st gear(only) grinds sometimes. I usually shift slightly towards 2nd and then to 1st to avoid a grind but all the other gears shift fine. The AC does not work and the Heat is pretty weak, I have not looked into it as I drive the car once a week. The 16" fuchs wheels are near mint, in great shape. I just had the car serviced with an oil change, trans fluid change, filters, etc. The brakes and rotors are pretty new. Overall a good daily driver, no means a garage queen but a solid car that you can enjoy.
