1957 Cadillac Series 62. Not running. First off, I bought this car with the intentions of finishing it but unfortunately the landlord say's it has to go! My huge loss is now your huge gain! The body was taken off the frame and the frame and suspension was painted and new body bushings installed. It either has a new fuel tank or it has been gone through, not sure which. When I got under it the tank looks pretty new. It has had all new brake lines installed, new wheel cylinders and brakes gone through. Emergency brake is hooked up. It has some rust through the floors and the previous guy screwed new panels in but they look like they need to be welded. You can see in the pics. Trunk is pretty solid with some rust through in the spare tire well. I installed a new front clip off of another car as it was straight as an arrow pretty much. The body on this car is really straight for the most part. On the back right behind the passenger door the bottom of the fender was pushed up a bit. easy fix. It also still has the reverse lugs on the drivers side wheels. It has a 1965 429CI motor installed with the tranny but not hooked up. Needs a radiator to complete, the rear drive line shortened which comes with the car, and the tranny crossmember installed. No exhaust with the car. I was told the motor runs fine and was fired up on an engine stand before it was installed. Most of the inside of the engine compartment has been painted. I have an extra set of door panels and another set of side glass for the car that comes with it also. I think the panels are for electric windows. There is an extra rear glass window with the car that is in excellent shape. I have an extra front clip that comes with the car and rear trunk lid. Everything is pretty straight except for the front of the driver's side fender. Has a pretty good ding right above the headlight. The doors are solid as can be and the car for the year is incredibly solid! Great project for someone with a shop and a little know how! Shipping is your responsibility! Bid with confidence!
