Up for auction is a 2005 FORD EXPLORER XLS. We are the original owner(s).. My mother in law purchased this truck NEW in 2005 and drove it until this past AUGUST. It was garaged it's entire life, with all highway miles. It was a commuter car for a 1.hour ride to work for her. In August of this year, at about 159,000, the motor threw a rod, and due to the "immaculate" condition of the truck, we had a replacement engine installed professionally. Originally, my wife was going to drive it, but we are now opting for new minivan; it is just too small for a family with 3 kids... :) . The truck is very clean, almost "showroom". It was garaged it's entire life (and still is), and shows well. Paint is shiny, NO RUST, and interior is extra clean. All features and options work correctly: 4WD works great. A/C is ice cold. Tires have about 85% tread left, they were replace in the beginning of last year, as well as brakes. We just had the oil changed 12/15, so she is good to go. THIS IS A NON-SMOKER AUTOMOBILE! With a replacement engine, this truck has LOTS OF LIFE LEFT. We have all the books and original window sticker (pictured below). We are selling with a "no reserve" auction. Please feel free to come inspect the truck at anytime. I have a clean and clear title in hand. $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due at the end of auction. Payment in due in full at time of pickup, I prefer CASH, (paypal will work, although). We would like the truck picked up within 5 days of close of auction.
