Vehicle Detail
Very rare unrestored, complete, brass- era Model T touring car. In storage, unstarted since the early 90's, this car has the original engine, transmission, paint, upholstery, floor mat, carpet, wheels, all brass parts and Non Skid tires, remains of the top with all hardware, top bows and side curtains. The top is in pieces, but still on car. The tag is not included. Only small areas of light surface rust. Teeth on throttle and spark levers are sharp as are the diamond patterns on the foot pedals. The headlights, sidelamps, tail lamp horn and carbide generator are complete and in great condition. This car has a period correct exhaust whistle with floor pedal, Klaxon horn, and a Stewart accessory speedometer/odometer. The car was originally parked due to a cracked carburetor float. It was never repaired due to my fathers declining health. This is one of the finest original, unmolested, brass-era survivors you are going to find. This vehicle has been in my family since the early sixties! Would make a great "survivor" class competitor, or a fantastic car to restore. Buy it and celebrate it's 100th Birthday in 2014!!! A winning bid is a contract, please do not bid if you are not able to fulfill your commitment. $500 deposit by Pay-Pal within 48 hours of end of auction. Balance due by cashiers check with-in 5 days of end of auction. Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
