This 1958 Triumph model 3TA, 350 twin, is also known as a "Triumph 21" (That's the cubic displacement in inches.) This is one of the first unit construction transmissions, engine number H2006. 1958 was the first year for single unit engine and transmissions. It is a superb example of a vintage Lightweight Twin. Brought forth from a garage earlier this year, now in excellent running condition; A reliable first kick starter, it settles into a nice, smooth classic tick-over at idle. Shifts nicely through all 4 speeds. Features include: new Dunlop K70 tires, 12volt battery with reliable charging system, a Bates kwik-release seat, and 2-into-1 side pipes, vintage black California plates, and a freshly rebuilt Amal Monobloc carburetor. Headlight, tail light, and speedo all fully functional. Front fender is classic lightweight aluminum, (no dents), rear fender is bobbed and has an old-style "droopy-dick" tail light! This is a vintage Desert Sled! Not currently registered, so Bill of Sale only. This is a genuine old school Triumph.
