1966 VW Double Cab Pickup This old pickup needs a good home! It was left for dead on a nearby farm for several years until i brought it home and cleaned it up for you. It is missing the front passenger door and various other items as you can see in the pictures. There is no engine or transmission/rear axle assembly. I don't know all the cultural words and names for the parts so bear with me if i don't speak VW. There is significant rust in the forward crossmember and the rear part of the cab where the inside floor meets the sides. Plus what you can see on the outer lower sides of the cab and box. The roof is dented and there is rust in the front seat and floor area but it isnt terrible, the bed has some surface rust but again i don't consider it to be that bad.These VW pickups are fairly rare as you probably know but i'm not looking for Barret Jackson prices. It could be restored or used for parts, its up to you. The VIN is still stamped in the body but some kids got handy over the years and popped off the tags & swiped the emblem off the front. The truck comes with some extra pieces i found inside or nearby: half of one bench seat, a headlight bezel, bumper, shifter linkage rod, front axle, 3 wheels, some small pieces and one bucket seat that may or may not be for this truck? What you see in the pictures is what you get plus a bill of sale, it does not come with registration (title). Must be picked up at my house or i can deliver for extra $ in the spring in Western Canada including to any border crossing, storage is $50/month. USA buyers must arrange shipping by coming to get it in person (easiest at the border) or otherwise and i will help with the loading however i can.
