Please ask any questions prior to placing your bid On Nov-30-12 at 15:08:31 PST, seller added the following information: I have owned this car since the late 90's. I purchased from a great great grandson of the original owner. It was in the back of a storage unit where it had been for 17+ years. The car was all original in unrestored condition and has been in Idaho all its life, it is rust free. I drove the car several years as a "rough" stock model A. The body did not appear to have ever been apart but had thick brushed black laquer paint on it. It is a solid old car. I completed the street rod/rat rod project in 2005. rat rod, street rod, old car, project, hot rod, 1932, 32, 31, steel, original, roadster On Dec-05-12 at 05:48:17 PST, seller added the following information: To answer several questions so all can see: This is a ALL ORIGINAL steel car on a aftermarket frame. There is no rust in the body or fenders. To my knowledge the fenders are original to the body. None of the original metal is perfect, it all will need many hours of bodywork to make it perfect. It all in my opinion is very workable metal. The area where the original tank is at has been spotted or stitched all the way around the joint, the bottom of the tank was taken out, you can see that in the photo of the fuse panel. The body and fenders ARE NOT PERFECT, the sheet metal has had NO body work done to it anywhere, it has been well loved. The car has 1812 miles on it since the speedo was hooked up. The motor and tranny were out of another project I had. The cam and lifters, intake and carb were changed, heads were rebuilt, high flow oil pump installed, bottom end and cylinders looked fine, re assembled and put into this car. The tranny has maybe 20,000 miles total on it, it has been in a few cars. Top is original dried out crusty skin with holes. The top wood and bows need to be replaced and it does not include any hardware to attach it to the car. There are NO SIDE CURTAINS and all of the snap holes in the body for the curtains have been welded closed.
