For sale is a 2002 Toyota Prius Hybrid. It was a new car trade at Toyota of Bowie, Maryland, runs and drives with no problem and is being sold with no reserve. This is a real gas saver. The 1.5L electric/gas four cylinder engine starts right up, has no misses, no fluid leaks and no smoke. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly without hesitation. The brakes, steering and suspension seem good. No exhaust leaks. The batteries seem to be charging. The exterior is a glossy green with no major dents or dings. It is not perfect. There are the typical scratches you might see on a dark green paint that is 10 years old. The lights and lenses are clear and bright with no cracks. No windshield chips or cracks. The tires, on factory alloy wheels, have about 50% tread (see pic). There is a small rust spot below the right rear door (see pic). The interior is grey cloth seats and carpet. No holes, rips or major stains. The power options such as windows, locks, side mirrors, cruise control, etc. work. It has a factory sound system with CD and cassette. The AC is cold. The check engine light is on. Don't know why but it drives with no problem and the info screen says the batteries are charging.
