In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This is a very nice 2008 Honda 400EX Sport ATV with Reverse. The 400EX is a legendary ATV and has been in production for over a decade with very little changes. The 400EX is a very peppy 4-stroke that is a blast to ride and will literally last you a lifetime with regular maintenance. The 4-stroke 400cc engine is backed up by the awesome manual foot shift transmission with a clutch. With the foot shift transmission there are no belts to worry about getting wet or slipping. To be clear, while you do shift among 5 forward gears and reverse with your foot you do have to use a clutch. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Of course it does come with a clear title. Condition: This machine is in excellent used condition. This model doesn't come standard with a speedometer or hour meter so we have to go on condition. Based on tires and overall wear it couldn't have more than around 40 hours or 400 miles of use. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent or broken. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The baffles have been removed from the muffler. The wheels are in nice shape and the tires have plenty of life remaining. The plastics are excellent with a just a few normal scratches and boot marks. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. A new one just like this would set you back around $7000. This one looks great, runs great and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories. Shipping: We do not provide shipping, but many of our customers have had great luck lately with www.uship.com You can post your shipping requests there and let shippers bid on them. I will be happy to work with your shipper within reason to make it go smoothly for you. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
