Hello eBayers. I am selling my 2003 Buick Rendevous CX with only 116,950 miles. It has minor dings and scratches. Please see pics. I tried my best to show them. The car got a complete tuneup in May including transmission fluid, filter change and serpentine belt. In Feb, the radiator and water pump were replaced. The o2 sensor was replaced in December. Oil changes were always done between 3500/4000 miles with 10/30 synthetic oil. The transmission shifts smooth and strong. Engine always starts right up & strong. The starter is a year old, the a/c works, suspension is smooth, power steering works, and all lights work. Now the bad, driver and rear driverside window don't work, but they don't go down on you. 4 months ago the engine started missing like starving for gas. So I called a mechanic and he said it was the fuel pump getting weak. $280 parts and labor. So a week later I called another mechanic, this guy said it was the alternator $220 to fix. Which one it is I don't know. So after that the car sat for 3 months, low on money to fix and decided 4 days ago to start the car and the battery is dead. I tried to recharge it and it is not holding power. After an hour of charging the car started like a champ. I will replace the battery with a new one since it is still under warranty. I am selling this car due to the fact that I recieved a recent call from Children's Hospital and was informed that my daughter (who has spina bifida) is in need of having hip and feet correction surgery. The hospital that is doing the surgery is 70 miles away and is expected to be there from 5-7 days. The reason why I am stating this fact is that I do not want any dead bids. PLEASE do not bid if you don't have any money or don't intend to pay the amount. NOTE:neither the fuel pump or alternator were fixed, but I had the car on for 10 minutes with no problems, tires will need to be replaced soon. Please feel free to ask any questions. You can come and inspect the car itself. I will put a video on youtube soon. I chose to stop driving the car due to the fact that I was pregnant with twins. the car doesn't smoke,clear title in hand. The tires held air with no problems but will need to be replaced soon. We don't smoke, the interior has minor stains, the worse is in the trunk due to my daughters wheelchair. Please refer to the video for the things that I have forgotten to include in the previous description.On Nov-30-12 at 20:01:04 PST, seller added the following information: For the people interested in coming from a long distance, I advise to have the fuel pump replaced. At the moment the engine and everything runs like it should. But I experienced on 2 occasions, the engine wanted to stall. The 2nd time it did stall. It started right back up after a couple of minutes. I continued to drive to my destination with no problem. That is the reason why I advise to replace the pump. I had the car running while taking the video and it sounded fine. It would be great for anybody who lives near to drive to your mechanic and have it replaced. Other then that everything seems to be working fine.
