Up for auction is an 1980 z28 t-top automatic car the car looks to still have the original paint and most of the interior seems original the engine has been changed at some point because it is black not blue.the car has sat for the past 8 years so the paint is faded and the top half of the car has surface rust as seen in pics.engine and tranny seem good but carb is shot from sitting.it has rust in trunk and in right rear floor that would need panels replaced and a few small pin holes in drivers floor.i pulled the carpet when i got the car so i could look at it so it looks worse than it is from the surface rust.the rest of the body and the frame rails are in perfect shape the dash is cracked and the tilt column seems like the tilt is broken or loose.this car would make a really nice car but needs restoration!!!!!!i have more pis of car if theres something you are not seeing i will try to get a pic for you.i bought this car as you see it as a father and son project but my son wasnt interested so trying to recoup my money.so i am telling you what i know about the car.the car is also for sell locally so i reserve the right to end auction if car sells locally.the buyer will be required to put up a $500 deposit within 24 hours of end of auction and pay in full within 48 hours i will assist with helping load for transport but buyer is responsible for all shipping chargesOn Nov-26-12 at 04:52:48 PST, seller added the following information: I am re listing the car with a buy it now price.I had so many people want to know what it takes to buy the car.It was almost there at auction!
