Vehicle Detail
I am selling my 69 Charger R/T S.E. It is a rolling shell with no engine or transmission. The Dana 60 rear is in the car. The car has the fender tag and the VIN matches the fender tag, the rad support numbers and the numbers under the trunk weatherstrip. I do not have the broadcast sheet. The car has never been hit. The car is very solid.( See photos.). The roof has not holes. The car will need rear quarters, rear valance and corners, outer rockers, trunk floor and a few small patches in the passenger compartment floor. The upholstery and foam are shot but are good cores. What you see in the photos is what I have. There are four speed pedals (included with the car) sitting on the driver's floor in one of the photos. I did not get a chance to install them. I do not have the engine, transmission or driveshaft. I never got any driveline when I bought the car a few years ago. The fenders will need to be patched or it might be cheaper to replace them. The grill has a few cracks but it appears to be complete. The front bumper and valance are decent. All side glass is in the car. The rear window is out of the car, but included. There is no windshield. The front and rear window openings are solid. Items included with the car are as follows: A tail panel for use to patch the punched out trunk lock. A nice used rear shock mount (that will need to be welded in) 69 Charger gauge cluster with correct vacuum light switch AM 8 track stereo Four speed console I have all the trim except the wheel well moldings, the two vinyl top “check marks” and I believe I am missing one or two of the moldings for the windshield. Included are two full length half rear quarters V8W 26 END M21 M31 M91 N85 R22 V1F A01 A33 A47 C16 C55 L31 F5 F5 CRG F8 A18 119317 E86 D21 XS29 L9G 149978 E86 440 4barrel high performance engine D21 heavy duty four speed trans. It came with a clean Wisc. title. I am in Ct. The state of Ct. does not issue titles for cars this old. This Charger will be sold with a Ct. Bill of Sale only. I can provide a copy of the Wisc. title with the car. PLEASE contact me with questions. I can provide additional photos. I highly recommend you come inspect the car in person. This car is sold as is and there is no warranty. The car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time.On Nov-24-12 at 17:36:39 PST, seller added the following information: I want to make sure there is no confusion about this Charger. What you are bidding on is a ROLLING CHASSIS. There is NO ENGINE,TRANSMISSION OR DRIVESHAFT included with this car. I apologize if there is any confusion with the ad. On Nov-24-12 at 17:54:32 PST, seller added the following information: I have had inquiries about shipping. I've found that most major carriers will not ship inoperable vehicles. The few that will ship inoperable vehicles will charge a large premium. Another thing to keep in mind if you are pricing shipping for this Charger is, with this auction comes a pair of full length 1/2 quarter panels, a tail panel and rear shock mount along with some misc. items. My understanding is by DOT rules, carriers are not allowed to transport a vehicle with loose items in the car. I have a guy who offers great service at a good price. He has a newer Dually with an enclosed trailer. He will be able to put the loose parts either in the trailer or in the bed of the truck. He has no isuue with the car being inoperable. If your are interested contact me and I will send you his contact info.On Nov-26-12 at 03:47:33 PST, seller added the following information: I used the wrong wording in the ad. TITLE INFO: You will receive a CT. bill of sale signed by me AND the ORIGINAL Wisc. title, which is signed by the person I purchased the car from. As far as what you need to register the car in your state, you would have to check your DMV website. I will be happy to try to assist you as much possible.
