1997 BMW 750iL Sedan V-12 Powered Super Car Oustanding Condition Low Miles- 118k One more time, let's try this one last time, folks. In the previous 2 auctions for this car here on eBay, I have had NPB ( non-paying-bidders) win the auction for the car. PLEASE, let's not make it 3 in a row. Just in time for X-mas, I'm offering for sale my prized 1997 BMW 750iL V-12 Super Car. Color is OXFORD GREEN METALLIC . This car has only 118k miles on it, which is VERY low for the age of the car. The BMW has been garaged it's entire life, and the condition shows. The car has lived it's whole life in the DRY Southern united States, in Nevada and most recently Texas.... so the car is bone dry and 100% rust free. This BMW originally sold in 1997 for $95,000 dollars. Please keep that in mind when bidding. These were so expensive when new, that only Saudi oil barons and people of similar ilk who were able to purchase these cars. For those of you who have been following my previous auction for this car, you already know what great shape the car is in, but for those new to this auction, I'll quickly outline all areas of the car below. Amongst the many attributes of this car are: 1. This car is 100% rust and dent free.. with only very, very minor exterior blemishes. 2. Engine runs super strong and whisper quiet. Absolutely no known issues with the power plant whatsoever. 3. Transmission is also 100% perfect in function and performance. It shifts firm and crisply as it should. 4. Tires have approx. 75% tread left on nearly new Michelin MXV4 radials. These tires are $175 each. 5. Steering is super tight and precise as it should be as well.... no pulls, wanders, etc. 6. Leather interior is in awesome condition... only the drivers seat looks like it has ever been sat in... all other seats in the car look to have rarely been used. 7. ALL gauges work on the car ( gas, tachometer, speedometer, temperature, etc.) 8. ALL lights and blinkers are functional on the car... brake lights, turn signals, headlights, etc. 9. New oil change just done 75 miles ago with MOBIL 1 Full Sythetic oil, along with Mahle oil filter. 10. Brand New Brakes: ALL brakes just received new premium Centric Posi-quiet brake pads. So you won't have to bother with the brakes again for another 50,000 miles! 11. New CCV valves just installed on BOTH sides of intake manifold. 12. The V-12 engine looks clean enough to eat off of... please see the photos of it below. 13. AC and heat both work, and a NEW BLOWER MOTOR RELAY is being installed in 2 days to bring the blower fan back to life. It was previously thought that the blower motor was faulty, but it turned out to be just the blower motor RELAY... a much easier repair. So rest assured, that will be installed prior to the end of the auction. 14. The car handles extremely well, and is a very fine ride for anyone who is fond of these fabulous 750iL BMW's. About the only things that the car needs currently is a window regulator for the front drivers and passengers door... which are very inexpensive and easy to install. Also could use a door lock actuator for the rear passenger door, as it has been kind of finicky lately.. but that is about it! I would rate this car a 8.5 to 9.0 both cosmetically and mechanically, if not better. I honestly think it would be hard to find a better example of this BMW 750iL model, unless you were willing to pay 3 times the amount. The car is driven daily, and that is the best thing you can do with these cars. Owners who keep these cars in the garage all week, and drive it once a month are the ones who end up with leaky seals and other problems associated with infrequent use. If you buy this car... please do me a big favor and DRIVE IT!!! I will thank you, and so will the vehicle!
