for sale is this 1972 SUZUKI GT750 "J' this is the first of the water buffalos i restored this bike about 12 years ago and at that time almost everything was new cables , hoses carbs rebuilt , forks rebuilt with all new seals and boots , re spoked the rear rim and all the aluminum was polished , but it ate a crank seal and then it was taken completely apart and sat all this time ,,I have everything for the bike exept gaskets and rings to put it back together it is in as taken apart condition , what isnt pictured is the pipes ( ok shape painted black) all the engine pieces (boxes of them) and the air box the paint is perfect shape the seat has no tears ,rips or deformities , and it has the much desired double front drum if anything buy it for the bodywork ( it is a really nice paint job still after all these years ) seat and front end I hate to get rid of it but i know i will never get around to finishing it it was a great bike the two summers i rode it fast, loud and left a trail of blue smoke that till this day still has the neighbors not talking to me , but bid as the pictures show i will not ship it you really need to come here and collect all the bits and pieces in person thanks for looking On Nov-19-12 at 16:33:33 PST, seller added the following information: I just noticed in the photos it looks like there are big lines or scratches on the bodywork they are just reflections of the overhead lights there is no damage or scratches on the bodywork
