1996 Dodge Ram 1500 Indy 500 Pace Truck. Bought from the original owner who has always taken very good care of the truck. The truck has 191,000 miles, however it runs and idles like new and does not leak or blow any smoke. It still has the original transmission which has been gone through and serviced. The rear end is the factory 9 1/4 rear end with 3:55 gears and limited slip. The rear end is starting to make noise-does not vibrate or shake. I have the rear end gone through and they said it is still fine just getting old. The front and rear brakes have been rebuilt as well as new shocks and tires that have 60-70% tread. I have paper work for everything including a new exhaust system with new converters and 02 sensors, general motor maintenance, fuel injectors cleaned and various other work. The windshield will need replaced. The interior is clean with regular wear for the mileage with the split front bench and factory tachometer and self dimming rear view mirror. Has a factory installed bed liner, the truck is very original that was very well taken care of. This truck has the factory paint and stripes that shows some wear from age but shines up nice with no major dents or scratches, the front bumper does need repainted due to rock chips and the rear bumper does have a dent on the passenger side. The truck sounds really good and healthy. Does have some looseness in the steering. The truck overall in in good shape and runs and drive very well. I have a clear title and good tags until 2014. I need to sell due to having my first kid and need a four door rather than a sport truck. They only built 2802 of these and who knows how many are left.
