This is a factory 1966 GT matching numbers Mustang Fastback. The car was painter about 12 years ago. It still looks good but the paint has started to crack in places on the top side. This is a very good runing car that can be driven anywhere. Everything works except the AC. The interior is in very good condition. The carpet, door panels, and cluster bezel were replaced this past summer. The motor runs strong and will spin the tires when it shifts to second gear. There are no squeaks and rattles with this Mustang. I am told by the owner that the 64,561 miles are original. I have the original owner's manual which shows where the car was purchased by "Name of original owner" August 26, 1966 from Horne Motors, Orangeburg, SC. On Feb. 5, 1986, it was sold to the second owner. It was sold to the third owner in the mid 90's and the fourth in 99. The fourth owner who owns it now sold it twice and bought it back. I have a folder of receipts of all the things that were done over the years. It was painted in 2001. The motor was rebuilt, new GT exhaust and new spring were installed in 2002. This is a very small list of the documentation. This was a special order car.
