This is a real BARN find, a complete, extremely low milage, no rust (Arizona car) true classic vehicle with a clear title. Its just barely broken in with just over 26,000 original miles. This classic was purchased from the first owner, a older gentleman, by another elderly fellow (in a rural area of show low Az.) with the intention of a quick restoration (it was such a true straight rust free Arizona car that needed very little) Unfortunately he worked on it and had things done but never finished a few minor things when he passed away. I am helping the family sell the car for whatever the true value is. After several thousands of dollars were spent the car has left with just a few items to make it a 10 point car. Or just drive this head turner as it is. It is a daily driver now with an interior that was professionally done to the original design with few exceptions such as , original carpet, and aftermarket dash overlay. The car runs great and drives almost like a brand new car. The car looks great with a newer paint job. the gaps and body are straight and all original. The paint is not original, the trim plate shows color "I" which is lime green metallic, one of the 2 owners possibly did not care for that color and had the car painted "blue". The vinyl top must have deteriorated and it has been removed. All the moldings are still intact so replacement would be a breeze. Martin (the fellow working on the restoration, died before he could find and install a replacement steering wheel. This car is one of the most sought after 1st generation cougars and is so nice and straight it would be a very cheap & quick restoration job. Or just drive it NOW.
