Up for sale is a 1969 Opel Rally Kadett that we had bought. We paid all the DMV fees and the only thing that is needed to obtain the salvage title is to have the brake and light inspection as it was hit in the back and slightly on the front.We have started all the necessary paperwork to transfer the car on our name. We are loosing our storage place and are forced to sell this vintage car that we wanted to restore. All the glass is in good condition, the interior needs full restoration; the rally gauges are all there which are very hard to find. The chassis is very solid with only minimal surface rust; the floorboards, frame rails, rocker panels and shock towers are very solid. The engine runs well, the transmission shifts with out any problems, the clutch does not slip; the carburetor could use some cleaning as sometimes it wants to cut off the engine. This little car would make a great vintage race car, restoration project or just use it as a parts car. We recently did the brake hoses and flexible brake lines as well as to make sure that all the lights work.
