196 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE MALIBU VERY SOLID BODY...SOUND 307 V8 ENGINE TURBO 350 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION....POWER STEERING RALLY WHEELS....AIR CONDITIONING GOOD DEAL FOR THIS CHEVELLE! The car has nice paint on a solid body, things work and its well equiped. The exhaust system realy needs replaced, if I do it I just have to add to the price and guys have different ideas for exhaust (put your own on and get what you like). The same goes for the tires, they are old and realy need replaced, I just have to add to the price for tires and its hard to guess what type you want. Of course I can and will do the improvements, I just have to add the cost. VIN 136379A346690 MILEAGE: 53051 reading and its probally tuned once. HISTORY: We bought this car from a man from Chattanooga, here in Tennessee. TITLE: Clear Tennessee in hand and the VIN matches the car plate. IS THERE ANY RUST PROBLEMS? No rust problems, the frame, the floors, the trunk, under the rear window all look good. The floors look original and good. The underside is not detail and beautiful, but it looks solid to my eyes. IS THERE ANY ACCIDENT DAMAGE? None that I can find. WHY AM I SELLING THIS CAR? I’m a classic car restorer, but when I find a vehicle I like and can sell for a fair market price, I buy it fix a few things and resell. PAINT: The paint is new, I am a car restorer, but sometimes take cars to Peachtree Paint Shop in Chattanooga. No dents, no dings and the car is straight to look down the sides. The door jambs, trunk lips and all other inside areas are painted decent. We did take the bumpers, trim and emblems off before we took the car to the paint shop. The job looks super nice outside, under the flouresent lights in my shop I can see some orange peel and some minor flaws. CHROME: The chrome is decent, but not new. INTEROR: The headliner is good, the carpet good, the dash pad good, the door panels good (the seat covers OK, but has a couple of small splits in the seams). It does have seat belts front and back. UNSERSIDE: Nice, but not show deatailed and not covered up with under-coating, it not a beautiful underside, but the floors look to be oringal. GLASS: The side windows roll up and down good, the windshield looks good with a super slight wiper mark, weather stripping is Ok, but not new. SOUND SYSTEM: Original AM radio is not working ENGINE: It runs great, no blue smoke, no unwanted noises. Its a 307 cubic inch with plenty of power. EXHAUST SYSTEM: Old exhaust system and the muffler has a patch and the system needs replaced. TRANSMISSION: Good shifting Turbo 350, this is a 3 speed automatic. REAR-END: 10 bolt Chevrolet with no whines or growls. BRAKES: Drums all around that stop very good.They are power assisted. STEERING: The steering is great, the car is power steering. WHEELS AND TIRES : Nice Rally wheels with older radials tire with some tread left. LIGHTS and wiring: The head lights work, the tail lights work, the gauge lights work, the brake lights work and the turn signals work. The dome light is working. THE GAS GAUGE WORKS! SPEEDMETER WORKS! WIPERS WORK. AIR CONDITIONING WORKS! . GUAGES: THEY WORK. HOW DO THE DOORS AND HOOD OPEN AND CLOSE? They open and close good. TRADES: Please no trades, they never work out and are just too hard!
