Very Unique 1989 Ford Sierra RS , Originally sold in the UK, was imported in pieces and reassembled here using a US spec(emmisions legal) 2.5 Turbo Lima. Highly modified and tuned, producing over 300hp, power is tranmitted through a modified V8 3.35 first gear T5 gearbox and Cosworth two piece drive shaft. The modified Lima engine has crower steel rods, wiseco pistons, oversized stainless valves, Esslinger roller camshaft studded lower block and headbolts as well. Ported lower intake and ported/polished rotated upper intake. Large SHO polished throttle body, 42lb Ford motorsports fuel injectors. Garrett T3 turbocharged with larger modified wheel, Ford Sierra 4x4 intercooler. Exhaust is through a Bob's manifold and full three inch system, turbo to tailpipe. Esslinger wide belt round tooth timing system, special crank pulley, relocted power steering pump and alternator, Engine management is with a PIMP Megasquirt system. Fuel system is stock Cosworth with a Kenne- Bell Boost A Pump added on. Rear differential is a standard Ford 7.5 inch Viscous Couple limited slip with 3:64 final drive gears. Suspension is Koni yellows, with uprated springs in front, Koni yellow and uprated springs in the rear. All suspension bushings are Urethane. Front and rear anti roll bar are 28mm front, 18mm rear with urethane bushings. Standard Cosworth 2wd brakes, with hydro/electric antilock, 4 pot calipers and 283mm front rotors, single piston floating rears with 373mm rotors. Interior is all stock Sierra Cosworth with factory Recaro seats, central locking doors, power windows, heated front and rear windscreens, 170MPH speedometer etc. AEM wideband O2 sensor and AEM Tru-Boost. Nice factory leather steering wheel and shift knob, Ford motorsports alloy shifter with Cosworth lever. Other tidbits include, factory headlamp wipers/washers, alloy spare wheel, Alpine cassette player with remoter CD changer in the boot. Paint isn't perfect but is presentable look closely at the pics, more available on request. Car will include the original lattice mags or the Wolfrace one presently on it. I have boxes of spare parts that will also go with it. I love driving the car, it's fast well balanced(only 2680lbs), gets ~25MPG on 93 octane pump gas, and is very daily drivable.
